Mark Vaiao (formerly Mark Leafa) born 4 December 1980 in New Zealand is a rugby league player who currently plays for and is the captain of the Norths Devils in the Queensland Cup. Mark Leafa's position of choice is in the prop.

Vaiao was an Otahuhu Leopards junior.
He has played for the Sydney Roosters, South Sydney Rabbitohs, Leigh Centurions, Whitehaven and Castleford Tigers.
Vaiao is a Samoan international and played at the 2000 World Cup.
He was named in the Samoa training squad for the 2008 Rugby League World Cup but did not make the final side.[1]
